We initially went to look at a used 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit with 20k miles that we saw on the Carfax site. We ended up leaving with a brand new 2025 Limited 4x4 that was drastically marked down since the 2026 models were already on the lot. Every rock chip, scuff and ding will be ours. I’m glad we made the 100 mile drive to their dealership. If the time comes to get another vehicle, Hayes will be on our short list of places to go. More

i was a loyal customer of hayes since 2018 when we moved down from NJ and last year on 2025 they sold me a car that had tons of problems which i ended up winning the lemon law and through the hole process t down from NJ and last year on 2025 they sold me a car that had tons of problems which i ended up winning the lemon law and through the hole process they stopped providing me loaners, i took my jeep for a oil change and they change my brand new read wiper blade for a old one which i noticed 2 weeks later and didn;t repond for it. recently y purchased a brand new 2026 RAM Rebel brand new at a different dealer where i felt cared, and value which is the most important thing for me. also at the time of the purchase of the jeep i got a service contract for 8 oil changes and on my second one one of the service advisors told me "buddy this is your last oil change, the next one you will have to pay". i felt robbed.
