I originally walked into the dealership simply looking for a professional opinion on a few used Taycan models I was considering purchasing from another dealership. Ruben took the time to pull up all the information, walk through the differences between the vehicles, and patiently answer my many (and sometimes repetitive) questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. After that experience, I decided to move forward with purchasing my Taycan, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. More recently, I brought the car back to Porsche Arrowhead to address a few outstanding recalls, and once again Ruben and the service team exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, organized, and got me in and out quickly. I even received an email with a video showing the work being performed along with a thorough inspection report, which was a really impressive touch.
