Ruby was also sincere and accommodating, even when it came to a longer-than-expected wait on the paperwork. That is where Michelle stepped in; she sped up the process and had me out the front door with our keys in minutes. I met Dan when I had to return the car for a scheduled service. He shared in the MINI vibe, calm and relaxed, even when juggling a few customers. He put me into a loaner and sent me on my way with a smile. They are definitely not your average dealership. They showed they care more about people and the experience than the transaction. Highly recommended!!! More
