Our relationship with them has grown in confidence that we have a Mini dealership close to us an hour away in Allentown PA but, we rather do the hour and half trip to Ramsey. The staff, from the receptionist at the front desk, service stay to the sales personnel and the mechanics are friendly and courteous. That’s why I give them a five star. Nice doing business with them. More

A great day it was, the day I walked into Mini of Ramsey in search of my happy car. I was introduced to Ruby and I have to say her smile is as genuine as she is. It's just me in the car most days running to work or doing light shopping. "Ethel" is the perfect size. On a nice day, I put the top down, put on my Spotify Playlist and off I go. Lots of pretty places to see in Jersey. The staff and selection were great too. Thank you for everything Ruby, it was a great experience buying my new car at Mini of Ramsey!! More

Ruby was great, was honest, straightforward. Never got the sense she was sugar coating or hiding information. She came off as very blunt and this was appreciated. She was also very knowledgeable, she knew the car inside and out. We placed a custom order and it arrived on time with a minor delay. I will note one major complaint, which is the financing delay. We waited 3 hours past our scheduled time with the finance manager. There were reportedly multiple delays with other customers. We waited for hours in an empty dealership, Ruby was kind enough to stay with us. However, we did not get an opportunity to sit with the finance manager until past 10 pm. Once we were there, it was about a 20 minute straightforward process. Frankly, this was unacceptable, my wife and I had children at home we had to arrange additional child care and have others put them to sleep, we had work the next day and missed hours of relaxation time. If it wasn't for the fact that this was a custom order and I was leaving on vacation for 2 weeks in only a few days, I would not have stayed. This must be corrected. More

I've been eyeing my neighbors Mini and decided to check one out for myself. I walked into Mini of Ramsey and was in awe how beautiful the showroom is and all those cars!! Great selection!! I was introduced to Ruby King and the rest is history. I had a fun buying experience. There was no pressure. Not knowing, I text Ruby on her day off and she replied!! Having not purchased a new car in 10 years and not being a techy person I was a little intimidated. I even asked Ruby where the cd player was lol. She went over everything in the car and was as excited for me as I was for me!! It was a pleasure buying a car through Ruby from Mini of Ramsey. Thank you!! More
