GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My check engine light came on as i was driving which led me to continue immediately to the dealership. Mark Mozdziez took care of me right away and promised that although there were no available loaner cars that he would make sure that they would service my vehicle as soon as possible ( I had no appointment). They took care of the issue in addition to completing the upcoming maintenance appointment that was soon to be due. It was painless and I am typically an anxious customer Mark did a great job of under promising and over producing in addition to him clearly explaining what my service required. Pure Professionalism and Awesomeness! This was my first experience with Ruby King and the Mini dealership in Ramsey. I did my online searching for the particular vehicles I liked, but stil This was my first experience with Ruby King and the Mini dealership in Ramsey. I did my online searching for the particular vehicles I liked, but still needed help narrowing it down. Mini Ramsey had some nice options. My experience at the other two Mini dealerships was mediocre, so I was not sure if Ramsey was going to be the same. I did not know anyone at the dealer, nor was I familiar with the area, since I live about 45 minutes away. When I arrived, all of the sales people were extremely busy, including Ruby … but she was the only one that took the time to speak (a small gesture that went a long way). She was clear from the beginning that she was working with a customer, and even had another one waiting, but she agreed to keep me abreast of her schedule via text, if I shared my number. That worked out perfectly! I was able to eat lunch and run errands, as opposed to sitting around the dealership for hours. When it was my turn, I got to see exactly how knowledgeable she is about all things Mini. I had questions about how a particular option compared to my last Mini (since it is different model). As a Mini owner herself, she had some great comparative info. I can't say enough about Ruby as my sales contact. She is outstanding. No slick sales talk, no pressure to buy a car I couldn’t afford, no manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. After Greg (another sales person) took me out on a test drive (which was awesome!), I ended up purchasing the vehicle I wanted, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. And, she had everything already set up for a smooth transaction when I returned the next day … she even picked me up from the train station! And, she suggested a local business to personalize my Mini racing stripes and mirror. Ruby went above and beyond in all areas. Gave me complete peace of mind. If Ruby’s professionalism is any indication of how the Ramsey service team performs, I will bring in my car for servicing, even though it’s not the closest dealership to my house. It will be worth it! More
