I was helped by Ruby and with her we checked out many cars changing and shaping my thoughts on what my ideal car was going to be. I went in thinking the clubman was my desired car and after seeing many different models i found that the cooper hardtop 4 door was the mini i always wanted. Ruby brought me to Dan to have him show me all the features and tech that was in my car and no i dont mean just like listing and a short run down, i mean like in depth this is what everything does and how to use it properly. It had everything from a large trunk (larger than the clubman) to a great sound system and seating in the back that actually HAS LEG ROOM. (leg room was a must have) I thought the stories of spending forever looking and talking pricing with a staff would haunt me but its wasnt tue in the least. I was in, checked out cars, and found exactly what i wanted at an amazing price. In all it probably took 2 hours looking at cars and half that going over the papers and making sure all was in order for the agreed price. I was even able to pick up my car next day. If you are looking for a car and mini is in mind definitely check out mini of ramsey. They changed my mind about how dealers operate for the better. More

Plus the hassle free loaners were gorgeous and so much fun to drive! Just this last time I dealt with Joseph Frasco and he was great to deal with. My only gripes are how expensive all the parts/service are but thats my fault for not doing more research before I bought the Mini. I can't hold that against anyone I dealt with including my sales asssociate Ruby. I've actually spent $2000 in less than one year from purchase on repairs and regular maintenance. 75% was on repairs sadly. Unfortunately, none of it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased or was conveniently $3 less than my deductible. $497 instead of $500? Really? lol. Great Staff though all around from Parts to Sales. More

Ruby was all one could ask in a salesperson in every facet of the effort. Always kept us informed as to the status of the model we ordered. She was very patient, genuine and friendly. The other people at MINI were also very helpful and professional. Even the small things were handled to make it a positive experience like a full tank of gas.
