It's all about Ruby! I was not even in the market for a car nor was I in the mood to deal with the usual hassle of buying one. I loved my 2011 Mini and called becuase I w I was not even in the market for a car nor was I in the mood to deal with the usual hassle of buying one. I loved my 2011 Mini and called becuase I was curious about a promotional offer I heard about. I was lucky enough to get Ruby on the phone and it was all smooth sailing from there. The deal was almost done in the first phone call. I have a Mini dealer about 15 minutes from my house but chose to go 45 minutes away because of Ruby and her customer service. She is knowledgeable, straight froward, sets the correct expecations, and does what she says. Amazing! I now own a 2015 Mini and love it; all thanks to Ruby. THANK YOU RUBY! More

As a female car buyer, I've had some bad experiences, but from first contact, Ruby King was friendly, communicative, not-pushy in the slightest, and a pleasure to work with. I searched far and wide for a used Mini Cooper, I was fortunate to meet Ruby King at Prestige Mini. I had done a lot of homework and had some unpleasant experiences as a single woman looking to buy/ trade-in a car by the time I got there. At Prestige, Ruby and the staff met me with kindness, professionalism, patience, and all of the information that I needed. This is the way the new car buying experience is supposed to be! Prestige Mini lives up to their reputation, and with Mini experts as smart, savvy and lovely as Ruby King, I'm sure they're going to be successful for along time. Jeffrey in the money room was awesome too! A wonderful and professional gentleman who explained patiently, informatively, and without pressure my warranty choices. Excellent new car experience I recently made the difficult decision to trade in my 2007 Sidewalk for a new Counrtryman and in the process met Ruby King at Prestige Mini. She is an I recently made the difficult decision to trade in my 2007 Sidewalk for a new Counrtryman and in the process met Ruby King at Prestige Mini. She is an excellent salesperson! She knows the products very well and is a perfect representative for this brand. She loves it, she gets why you love it and made the whole experience super easy. I kept changing my mind about finance options to the last minute and she and Jeff Stone handled them flawlessly. The delivery went smoothly; normally I dread the mountains of paperwork and waiting around but everything went quickly. I liked that the car was all ready and they gave me the keys to play with it the during the brief down time we did have. I had some time to think about my questions before Ruby went over everything in detail. 4 stars for price but only because I paid top dollar for a custom order of what turned out to be the 1st 2015 delivered by this dealership. They were very competitive on the finance rate and Not pushy about the warranty. They were even fair on the trade. Considering how attached to that car I was that's saying a lot. If you are interested in Mini this is the place to go and Ruby is the salesperson to work with! More
