She kept us posted regularly and tried to identify the best possible time to schedule our visit to the dealership. When we went to the dealership she was able to get us a great price for the trade-in as well as for the car. Also Jeff Stone in the finance department was a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. Ruby was very patient while demonstrating the different features of the car. I live in Cleveland, and the closest one I could find was in Detroit. I ended up buying my car from Prestige Mini without seeing it in person, and it is perfect! Everything went smoothly despite of the long distance purchase, and I am so happy with my new car. I couldn't have asked for more, and Ruby was by far the friendliest salesperson I talked to during my hunt for the perfect car. More
