I prepared myself for the slimy salesperson pitching everything from the kitchen sink and not listening to what I wanted....What I got, well surprises all around. Lovely dealership. (Well actually the first time I went to the dealership just to look-it was a madhouse! I can't wait for my first Mini Event) Everyone was nice and friendly but Ruby is just AWESOME. Great communication with her via phone and email. I felt like I could ask her any silly question. No pressure at all. Our info session was very helpful. (If she hadn't told me about the fan I would have freaked out for sure the first time it kept running!) I had a wonderful experience and I think I love my Countryman more everyday. I wish I knew more people who wanted to buy a car so I can recommend this place. More

She kept us posted regularly and tried to identify the best possible time to schedule our visit to the dealership. When we went to the dealership she was able to get us a great price for the trade-in as well as for the car. Also Jeff Stone in the finance department was a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. Ruby was very patient while demonstrating the different features of the car. She is both nice and professional. I was looking for an Ice Blue Mini Cooper, and since they don't make the specific color anymore, I searched everywhere for a used car without too many miles on it. I live in Cleveland, and the closest one I could find was in Detroit. I ended up buying my car from Prestige Mini without seeing it in person, and it is perfect! Everything went smoothly despite of the long distance purchase, and I am so happy with my new car. I couldn't have asked for more, and Ruby was by far the friendliest salesperson I talked to during my hunt for the perfect car. More
