Ruby, she is absolute friendly and helpful. I am a New Yorker. I have to take the train and transfer to bus to get to their dealership. Ruby offered to give me a ride from train station to dealership. Also they are very honest with the price and offer. Whatever, they told you on the phone, they would give it to you. Other dealership may quote you a cheaper price thru the phone then give you extra several thousand dollars fee when you are at the dealership. Ruby offered me the floor mat, when i returned the dealership for registration, she even helped me to install the mat on my mini copper. She is really humble and friendly and 100% honest. I would definitely refer my friends and family if they would like to get a mini cooper. More

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Ruby King at Prestige Mini. From the minute I spoke to her on the phone, she was dedicated in assisting me with my goal of purchasing received from Ruby King at Prestige Mini. From the minute I spoke to her on the phone, she was dedicated in assisting me with my goal of purchasing the Countryman. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we found the atmosphere was very inviting and laid back. Ruby could not have been more friendly and accommodating! There was not one moment when I felt pressured in to purchasing my Countryman. The process was effortless, thanks to Ruby. I told my husband on the way home, that this was the absolute best experience I have ever had in leasing/purchasing a car. Thank you, Ruby and Prestige Mini! More

I had been looking at buy a mini for a few years and decided to pull the trigger and get details on purchasing one. There are only a few MINI dealers in New Jersey and I could have easily chosen to cont decided to pull the trigger and get details on purchasing one. There are only a few MINI dealers in New Jersey and I could have easily chosen to contact the one located closest to my house, but I went online to look at reviews first. i wanted this experience to be as pleasant as possible considering car buying can be stressful. The reviews about Ruby King and Prestige were all I could read about...and they were on point! I contacted Ruby via email and told her i was looking to end in my lease a year early and get into a MINI. Within the hour she responded with a list of info I needed to get her in order to provide with me a quote. Once I responded she was on the hunt for my new car. Her response time to each communication was very timely. She was also very honest with me. I tried to negotiate on price, but she was very forthcoming on information, how much the car and cost and that they would lose money if they went lower. i was not able not make the decision then & there. She gave me time and space to think about the offer knowing I could leave it. When I made the decision to take the deal, Prestige MINI had to file paperwork to purchase my car from the leasing bank. There were quite a few obstacles. After multiple phone calls to various different people all with different answers over 2 days, we realized MINI could not buy my old car. But Ruby and Mike Tornatore worked to come up with a solution that benefited me and kept me in the original price point we discussed. With all the issues dealing with the leasing bank, I felt like I was their top priority. And people have told me, "they are trying to sell cars and do what they need to to get a deal", but it never EVER felt like that at all. I cannot praise them enough for making me feel like I was their only customer at times. Ruby and the Prestige MINI team have really welcomed me into the MINI family with open arms. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a MINI, contact Ruby directly. She is the best and that is no exaggeration. More

Our experience began with James, the salesman that we worked with. There were several errors made in paperwork that involved several rounds of emails and price changes that I was not happy with. That being said, we then were working with Ruby King who could not have been more professional, and my only regret is that she was not our primary contact. Ruby was always responsive to either email or phone calls immediately. She was friendly, answered all my questions. She took care of all the dealings involved with getting the new car my insurance policy. When we arrived to take possession of the car, Ruby went and sat with use and went over all the settings and things we needed to know about the car. Prestige should value her wisely. More

I walked into the Mini dealership on Monday not knowing what to expect. Seeing all these small brightly colored cars - I was completely out of my element. I was introduced to Ruby shortly after my arrival what to expect. Seeing all these small brightly colored cars - I was completely out of my element. I was introduced to Ruby shortly after my arrival - a super fun, super low pressure associate. I was just there to get some general information about the brand, but the whole time I felt like Ruby genuinely wanted me to have a positive experience - whether I left with a car or not. Ruby answered all of my questions, and took me on a test drive. Once I was finished driving, we sat down and worked some numbers which were unfortunately still higher than I what I was comfortable with. I decided to leave the dealership, but 1 hour later Ruby called me with a better offer for my trade... for a Mini that had MORE options than the one I originally was looking at! How she worked this awesome deal so quickly, still amazes me. Needless to say 3 days later I picked up my new All4 Paceman and I love it. Ruby is the best car associate I have ever worked with, and I will certainly be calling her once my lease is up! More

I was fortunate enough to be paired up with Ruby, who helped me find just the right program and car to fit my needs, and made me feel that I was an important and valued customer. She was kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to assess my needs and then come up with the perfect options for me. I've been with Prestige Mini since 2004, and there were a few years in this time frame that I felt the customer service had lagged and I was feeling discouraged, but Ruby has restored my trust and gave me an experience I'll never forget. Ruby is fantastic. She's never pushy, always accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. I'm new to leases and the new car world and was very intimidated before going into the dealership. Ruby was great!!! I just came in to the dealership unannounced and she dropped whatever she was doing to accommodate me. I showed up around 4:30 P.M. and by 7:30 P.M, I was in my new 2013 Paceman. She answered all my questions and she was not pushy. Prior to coming in, Ruby was answering questions for my wife over the phone, my wife commented that she very nice and helpful. Therefore, that motivated me to drop by. This is my 4th mini with this dealer. I highly recommend them. Lastly, if at all possible, try to get Ruby to handle your needs. Thanks Ruby. More

Ruby was the only person to respond to an email that i had sent to multiple dealerships looking to lease a mini.
