Ruby was great!!! I just came in to the dealership unannounced and she dropped whatever she was doing to accommodate me. I showed up around 4:30 P.M. and by 7:30 P.M, I was in my new 2013 Paceman. She answered all my questions and she was not pushy. Prior to coming in, Ruby was answering questions for my wife over the phone, my wife commented that she very nice and helpful. Walked in on the fence about buying a new Countryman, after speaking with Ruby, test driving, going through the numbers I was sold and hopped onto the otherside of the proverbial fence.
