She was knowledgeable, friendly, genuine and kind and made the application process seamless. When I took delivery of my newest Mini she took time to get in it with me to walk me through the finer points of its technology, and even programmed it for me and helped me download and configure the Mini app on my phone for my new ride! Very courteous and professional staff at MINI of Ramsey. They helped my aunt with a purchase of a pre-owned Subaru Impreza. I would happily recommend this dealership to friends and family.
