I had my oil changed on Saturday I left for Jacksonville on Wednesday and returned the following Wednesday when I woke up on Thursday I found a puddle of oil under the engine I got under the vehicle and fou on Wednesday and returned the following Wednesday when I woke up on Thursday I found a puddle of oil under the engine I got under the vehicle and found the oil filter loose on the fitting. I secured the filter by hand and the oil leak stopped I drove over 700 miles with an unsecured oil filter driving with my family in the vehicle. I contacted your dealership who send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle they looked at the vehicle and said there was no leak and the oil level was still satisfactory I told him I wanted it changed and he agreed to do with it. I have constantly had issue with this oil change department no following directions I’m afraid this was the last straw, you have a most incredible dealership but this oil change department is nothing less the horrible I can risk my investment and jeopardizing my family for your shortcomings.
