Evan was off the day we came by so Rudi and Patrick were quick to assist us. The next day we came back and purchased the Blue Denim Beetle. We had a great experience and are enjoying the new bug. I feel a business transactions first starts with the salesperson or employee, in which was Colton Tannenbaum to make a positive first impression of him and the company . Colton was no doubt professional and listen to what my needs were in a vehicle and the cost aspect. Having a demanding job in which I work long hours I didn't have time for the games. That's what I liked about Colton he set the presence for negotiating honest figures at the true bottom price. Since I live 87 miles away we made a deal over the phone. A deal I felt good about, so I gave Colton a date (Saturday) and time I would be there. I have never driven over 2 hours to buy a car. On the way to Paramont I was wondering how accurate all the talk would be. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Colton and his boss Rudi Rudisill the new car manager. Very warm welcome and offered something to drink before we looked at the car. Shortly after looking at the car we went to the finance office where I was introduced to finance manager. At this point we reviewed the agreement on the sale of the vehicle. To my surprise everything was like Colton and I discussed over the phone. The papers were signed and I was out the door in 35 minutes. Because of Colton's honesty he showed me Paramount was a dealership with integrity. Because of this I bought my 2nd vehicle through Colton and again everything went just the same, no games or gimmicks just straight talk. Because of Colton I know all Paramount dealerships are held by the same honest policies. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle through Paramount even if you live a long distance away like I do.
