MY Positive and Negative aspects affected at Jenkins Honda My wife and I came for a service on our 2017 accord ex leased at Jenkins Honda.... The Most Most helpful and informative person was Dave Knight ... Th My wife and I came for a service on our 2017 accord ex leased at Jenkins Honda.... The Most Most helpful and informative person was Dave Knight ... This man is one of the *** BEST *** EMPLOYEES in your dealership ..... While we were waiting and looking at cars in showroom .nat nofal came and started his conversation on replacing our leased car .... Karen came into the conversation and was very helpful in knowledge... A 2019 Accord Ex car was brought from another dealership of which we accepted ....Rudy handled all the initial paperwork with a very pleasant helpful and the 2019 Honda Ex was sent to service... Then Greg handled the final paperwork and Rudy joined us to the car and explained procedures in a very helpful way... We drove out and 20 minutes away the low tire pressure icon came on and I had to turn around and went back to Jenkins Honda... When we arrived back my wife went inside to find nat .. John came out and nat. l came out to the door and called Rudy to come and help us...as he was too busy to bother... John and Rudy came out to check the problem ... John checked the tire pressures and found 1 tire with 30 lbs and the other 3 had 40 odd lbs of pressure ( car requires 32 lbs per tire).. The service department was closed and John suggested I bring the care to the service door and pulled out the hose and brought the 30 lb tire up to par and reduced the other 3 to par with Rudy's help and reset the icon on the dashboard... We had never met John before and feel he should be Extremely Acknowledged by Management for his help ... Again I would like to recommend John and Rudy and Karen and Gregg for their help in the process... Greg called today June 1st and was MOST KIND and HELPFUL... When the car was detailed must was left to be desired in the cleanup of the car such as the tires and rest of detailing that was not done and Greg said he would make it right to our satisfaction.... I was NOT allowed to submit this review unless I rated the dealership and or recommend as I would rate one aspect as a 1 Star and other aspects a 5 star.. so I rated overall a 1 star and no on recommend dealership because of all the situations that arose during process ... FOLLOW UP Brought car in for Greg to follow up on 5-31-19 ... He was off that day and my experience was very disappointing.... Car was not detailed or cleaned ... There were no window notifications for Honda Road service or Theft Protection.. I noticed this ( which should have been checked by the service department check list) after I had left the dealership for 15 minutes and had to turn around and go back to Jenkins for the 2nd time... Could not wash car as sprinkler system was broken ( and this is a Honda Dealership ) When i brought my previous car to Auto Nation Honda, the service and care in Auto Nation Honda was EXCELLENT as everything was checked before the car was released ... This I cannot say for Jenkins Honda which was sub-par for a Honda Dealership... Therefore no followup since it was may 31st and the sale had to be completed as opposed to the satisfaction of the customer... This dealership needs a change in management and a person responsible to overhaul their services in this dealership... More

Pleasant surprise! Hate buying cars but it was time! Rudy and staff were so helpful and honest! They went above and beyond my expectations. Even delivered my car when Hate buying cars but it was time! Rudy and staff were so helpful and honest! They went above and beyond my expectations. Even delivered my car when it wasn't quite ready, 1 1/2 Hrs. from the dealership. Rudy wanted to make sure everything was done right. Even got better financing than I expected thanks to Jeff Thompson!!! More
