We are retired so of course price, quality, and value are very much a concern. Rudy Barcelo our sales rep was able to help us achieve our goal and purchase another Honda CR-V. He introduced a Sales Mgr. to us, but not as many dealerships do. There was never pressure to purchase. Instead every person we met acted in a manner that made us want to purchase at this dealership. They were neither passive nor aggressive. They presented both the car and the dealership in a way that said this will be a good if not great relationship. Actually we came in determined not to purchase for roughly one year. Rudy explained the advantages of buying now. We actually went out with out any money discussion. Looked at several other car brands, then came back both due to liking the CRV the best and also because we appreciated the way we had been handled. When we went to Gino for financing the good experience continued. More
