He made sure we were confident and happy with our purchase and also went over all the details without hidden surprises. Then, we met the finance manager, bill (actual name, William), who went over all the warranty-related programs with us. He is such an honest man I've ever met in my life who helped me decide what I actually need vs. what is nice to have. The process took a while, but it wasn't stressful because of these gentlemen.
