Service Department is the BEST! I have been going to Luther Infiniti for over 10 years, they are my FAVORITE. I bought my second Infiniti just because Rudy and the whole service team I have been going to Luther Infiniti for over 10 years, they are my FAVORITE. I bought my second Infiniti just because Rudy and the whole service team are amazing (well, and I love the cars too). They accommodate me on times, they wash and vac my car, and they always fix things correctly the first time (not that there are many of those) - if there is something that was un-expected, they work with me on figuring out the best way to handle the repair. More

Rudy is the reason I come back time and time again. I bought my Infiniti from a different dealership but considering Rudy in at Bloomington, that is where I go plain and simply. He has always treated me with respect and has taken the time to walk through recommendations and answer all my questions in a manner that I would understand without being condescending. Being a young female I can tell you first hand this in not always the case. Rudy makes an effort to be friendly and informative all while still being approachable. I truly believe he cares about what is best for me and my car and I even try to schedule my appointments for a time that he will be there so I can say hi. Without a doubt Rudy is the main reason I continue to go to Luther Infiniti of Bloomington because I trust him. More
