Lance did the closeout on the service of my wife's Q50. One of my service requests was to do a Coolant Flush and Fill. I was informed when I returned that I had recently had that work done in my last visit One of my service requests was to do a Coolant Flush and Fill. I was informed when I returned that I had recently had that work done in my last visit, so it wasn't performed. Any other dealership would have performed the work and charged me for something I didn't need. Thank you, Lance and the shop technician that did the evaluation and also for the carwash. More

My recent experience with the service department was good. I was greeted as soon as i entered the service bay, my car was assessed, and the work began. I had called several times prior to my actual ap good. I was greeted as soon as i entered the service bay, my car was assessed, and the work began. I had called several times prior to my actual appointment because I had a dead battery. I was not totally pleased with having to leave several messages and wait for return calls over a several day period, however my situation was not emergent. I am always pleased with the customer service and impressed by the helpful staff once I am at the dealership. Thank you More
