Incomplete service. After having a tire replaced the ‘flat tire’ buzzer and warming was not turned off, unacceptable. The inside of the vehicle was left extremely dirty except for the center council scr ‘flat tire’ buzzer and warming was not turned off, unacceptable. The inside of the vehicle was left extremely dirty except for the center council screen being wiped. This was exceptionally different from my last experience. The inside was cleaned to perfection. I have no issues with the dealer not washing my vehicle, but don’t do it once and then not the next time. You need a standard operating procedure so the customer does not experience different results based on the tech servicing your vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back into the bay to have the light turned off, I was severely questioned as to why I was back and “what’s my deal”. Terrible customer service and terrible overall experience as a customer. I wish I was not under warranty for the sole reason to not come back to this dealership. More

Always a Great Experience I have buying cars from Infiniti of Bloomington since 2006. We currently have 4 cars in the family from Infiniti of Bloomington. I have purchased used cars and leased new cars from them. Steve Difiore is the best person to buy a car from. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am confident each time I buy a car from Steve I am getting a fair price and the car will be in mint condition when I pick it up. I always have my cars serviced at Infiniti as well. Rudy and Lance are my favorite people to work with when I need my cars serviced. They answer all of my questions and I know when I pick up my cars they will be repaired correctly the first time. I trust them completely. Infiniti of Bloomington is the only dealership I will buy cars from and bring my cars in for service. More

Service Department is the best! I purchased a used Subaru from Luther Infiniti of Bloomington about 6 years ago and have been bringing it to their service department since I got it. It is the best experience I have ever had with a service department. Matt does great work on my car and is always honest with what I need to get done. The service manager, Rudy, is wonderful too. He is friendly and clearly explains things so I understand what needs to be done. He also patiently answers all my questions. I will never bring my car anywhere else. More
