I was connected with Dan Aristizabal and he quickly checked and confirmed that they have the color that I was looking for. He also assured me that he will be able to match the offer from the dealer I was with. After the deal fell thru, I visited Continental. Dan greeted me with welcoming smile as soon as I arrived there. He was very respectful, friendly and professional the entire time I was there. As he said, Dan bent over backwards to match the offer that I was given at the other dealer. He stayed over an hour after the closing to make sure the financing is complete and I get the van. Dan and the rest of the crew are very helpful and customer oriented and I was very pleased with the service. I highly recommend their service. More

We're from Madison, WI but made the call down to Continental Honda and got a hold of Dan Aristizabal. Not only was he incredibly kind on the phone, helpful and willing to be flexible with our schedule, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. I asked about the mileage of the truck I wanted to purchase and he ran all the way to the back of the yard to get it for me! He also came in on his day off to make sure all of our credit and finance documents were set to go. Prompt communication, thorough with his information and does a great job of following through with his word. Truly, thank you Dan for your top-notch customer service! If you're looking for a great salesman to work with, look for Dan! Rudy was absolutely amazing too. Very kind, courteous and respectful! Our leasing process was a breeze! Terry was our sales consultant and he was very knowledgeable about everything that the Costco program entails (we had never used it before). My husband and I never felt pressured to make a sale, and we came back a couple of times within two weeks before we were ready to purchase. Terry was extremely professional, and Rudy (the finance manager we worked with) was very friendly and helpful. When all was said and done, we were done and able to drive away with our new car in under an hour and a half on a Saturday morning. We highly recommend Terry, Rudy and Continental Honda! More
