It's a standard car dealership. After the purchase, they immediately lessened their communication with me, and refused to provide me a written response as to where my trade-in equi After the purchase, they immediately lessened their communication with me, and refused to provide me a written response as to where my trade-in equity check was. They only responded after sending them a crazy number of emails and phone calls. They clearly didn't have a good answer so they just decided to go dark. I also filed a complaint with the DMV. The sales team is nice, but this dealer is run sloppily and slowly. More
