Quick and easy process I have been to over 20 car dealers and after a friend recommended Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL, I decided to check it out. I was told to ask for Ryan I have been to over 20 car dealers and after a friend recommended Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL, I decided to check it out. I was told to ask for Ryan but instead Rupe helped me. He's a very friendly guy (which most salesman usually are), and right away he wrote down what I was looking for, what price range I wanted and within 2 hours I left in a brand new 2018 Chevy Colorado. Awesome! I gave a 4 of 5 rating because of a few clerical issues (running my credit card wasn't working and it's taking a couple weeks to sort it out due to my pay schedule and lack of communication). However, overall I would indeed send my Mom here so that must say something positive for my experience! Thank you Rupe! More
