I had a great experience at Hawk Subaru and I am just so excited to finally join the Subaru family. I went in mostly knowing what I wanted, had all my questions answered and was shown all the great possibil excited to finally join the Subaru family. I went in mostly knowing what I wanted, had all my questions answered and was shown all the great possibilities and safety features that Subarus have to offer. I was able to walk out with confidence that I had chosen the right car and the right dealer. Russ was such a helpful and amicable salesperson, always making sure to connect with my mom and I, ensuring we were informed about everything to do with the purchase. He is incredibly knowledgeable and inviting. Mark the GM was also friendly and made time to chat with us. Chandra the finance manager was incredible to work with as well and I felt well informed and understood. Everyone else we interacted with was also so very kind and welcoming, they even gave us free Subaru tumblers! Overall great experience and I now know where to recommend others looking for a Subaru.
