I have been shopping around at multiple dealerships and had been getting dragged along and mistreated. From the moment I started working with Russ, things were super smooth and transparent. Russ was open and honest with me about the trade-in I brought at the vehicle I was purchasing as well. We live in the thumb of Michigan and drove down to purchase the car on a Saturday morning and were in and out in an hour. The drive was well worth it. I got a good price on my trade-in and a good deal on the Ford Explorer that I purchased. I cannot say thank you enough, Russ! More

Everything went super smooth and they were all great! I went in to look at a newer vehicle because mine was on its last leg. The one I was interested in was a used flex. I spoke with Russ before going in I went in to look at a newer vehicle because mine was on its last leg. The one I was interested in was a used flex. I spoke with Russ before going in and when I got there he had it in front of the building waiting for me. They did some finagling and gave me more than my old one was worth in trade in (i had already looked it up and my brother is a mechanic) so I knew the more than doubled its value. By the time it was all said and done I was able to pay in full the amount I had planned as a down payment, so I have no new payments either! Excellent service!! More
