I bought a q50 from this dealership it had about 50 k miles I used it for 6 months and the car engine exploded bcs of poor maintenance from previous owners or bad service,car sucked and it was a lemon fr miles I used it for 6 months and the car engine exploded bcs of poor maintenance from previous owners or bad service,car sucked and it was a lemon from the start I experienced bad tires when I bought it and yes it is my fault for not checking the tires but it was a mess from the start going for a 5 star to a 1 More

I had the worst experience with Trust Auto. I did not purchase any vehicle, yet they refused to return my down payment. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I was pre-appro I did not purchase any vehicle, yet they refused to return my down payment. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I was pre-approved through my lender and visited to explore options, but after deciding not to move forward with the purchase, I immediately notified the dealership. Despite that, they kept my down payment without providing a valid reason. No vehicle was sold, no contract was finalized, and neither of the cars I looked at were taken off the market — meaning there was no loss or inconvenience to them. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and feels completely unethical. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious if you decide to do business with Trust Auto. More
