I had the worst experience with Trust Auto. I did not purchase any vehicle, yet they refused to return my down payment. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I was pre-appro I did not purchase any vehicle, yet they refused to return my down payment. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I was pre-approved through my lender and visited to explore options, but after deciding not to move forward with the purchase, I immediately notified the dealership. Despite that, they kept my down payment without providing a valid reason. No vehicle was sold, no contract was finalized, and neither of the cars I looked at were taken off the market — meaning there was no loss or inconvenience to them. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and feels completely unethical. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious if you decide to do business with Trust Auto. More

Trust Auto was a class act, from start, to finish. I'd never worked with them before, but they responded to my sales ad immediately and offered my asking price. We shook on the price and they were at my house two days later to pick the car up. I conducted the administrative part with Aziza and she was very "on it". Professional, courteous and responsive - even six months after the transaction! Can't ask for much more, really. I highly recommend her! The BMW Z4 I purchased from Trust Auto was exactly as described in the ad. We flew in from Cincinnati to Baltimore and drove the car home with no mechanical issues. The Z4 is a blast to drive and we are thoroughly enjoying driving it. The car is awesome and all in all I would recommend Trust Auto.
