Great service We were looking for a new car as our lease was up. We were referred to Pellegrino and Russell by a colleague. We weren't sure what model we were going We were looking for a new car as our lease was up. We were referred to Pellegrino and Russell by a colleague. We weren't sure what model we were going to get and Tom helped guide us to the right one. We ended up getting a Cherokee after driving a few different cars throughout the day. All in all they had fantastic service and we would love to work with them again. More

Quick, easy, smooth I Special ordered a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL from Russ at Pellegrino, and I received updates along the whole process. When it came in, I signed all of th I Special ordered a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL from Russ at Pellegrino, and I received updates along the whole process. When it came in, I signed all of the paperwork and drove off in my shiny new Jeep, however, I noticed a scuff on the fender. I came back in and showed them and they told me they would completely replace it without any questions. Outstanding service in my opinion. More

Great experience at Pellegrino, Jennifer my sales person was awesome, she had all off my paperwork ready to be signed as soon as I got to the dealership. I had called earlier in the Jennifer my sales person was awesome, she had all off my paperwork ready to be signed as soon as I got to the dealership. I had called earlier in the day to ask about the truck and she was able to get me prequalified for the loan and held the truck until I got there after work. My son bought a Jeep Wrangler from Jen last year and she made us a Pellegrino customer for life. Thanks again for a great experience!!! More

HORRIBLE AND MISLEADING They promised us lube for life ,after servicing our 2012 Durango the engine failed and lost oil pressure and was towed to their shop. They replaced the engine oil cooler assembly but the engine will not start, they check and find out that the engine was damaged, they decided to charged us for the engine. NOTE:FROM DATE WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE NO ONE HAVE CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL...….ACCEPT PELLEGRINO SHOP . More
