I first entered the dealership i noticed how nicely decorated it was for the holidays. When I walked through I also noticed how everyone had a genuine smile on their face as they said hello to me. I was able to get all my questions answered. Jenn was fabulous to deal with, she is a rock star helping me figure out the ins and outs of some of the features that my new XE has. Great hands on communication from Owner/ Manager Russell Abate, and the Sales Manager Anthony Pinto made this a straight forward and stress free experience. I decided to take the 45 min drive down here after speaking with Mr. Pinto over the phone, he left me feeling very confident that I was in good hands and not wasting my time. I probably passed 10 Jeep dealers on my way down. This dealership had a specific model in its inventory I was interested in. I thought to myself this would be a one time trip and I would never be coming back. I was wrong, if ever I need a Jeep again, I’m getting back in the car and making that trip. It was absolutely worth it. When I arrived I was greeted by Sales Consultant Steve Harris. I loved this guy. No pressure, completely professional and more importantly a genuinely down to earth person. Couldn’t think of another guy I’d rather give my business to. Jennifer Toce was also very knowledgeable and helped get me set up with all the product tech info through the customer Jeep app. When it was time to finalize everything Finance Manager Brian Hastings kept things moving for me. I was afraid this process would take long, but he had the paperwork prepared quickly with no clerical errors. gave me all the necessary information, answered all my questions, yet still got me in and out faster than I’ve ever experienced at any other dealer. I appreciated that because I was excited to drive my new truck and start my journey back home. The vehicle is great, and I’m 100% satisfied with my experience. I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Owner Mark Pellegrino, but he should be proud of the team he put together. His staff run a fantastic operation. Sometimes it seems like the world is going to xxxx in a handbasket. Then you meet good hard-working decent people like this and it makes you realize there’s still good people out there. They are truly a throwback to the golden era of personal and exceptional customer service. First class, people like this are the heartbeat of this country, and I am proud to recognize them for it. She didn't pressure me to buy something more expensive nor were there any hidden costs. Mr. Hastings is a joy to work alongside. While Jennifer was preparing the paperwork, Russ - co-owner - sent me to Patty in service to help me get my other Jeep in for service. She ensured it was checked over and in good shape in order to gift it to my new driving daughter! When we came back to pick up my daughter's car, Jennifer was there to meet and greet my daughter - and even gave her a Jeep keychain. What a great family company! My husband & I will go nowhere else.
