More than 5 stars! If there was a rating higher than 5 stars it would go to Pellegrino. This is the 3rd Jeep I've personally bought there (2012 Liberty, 2015 Grand Cher If there was a rating higher than 5 stars it would go to Pellegrino. This is the 3rd Jeep I've personally bought there (2012 Liberty, 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited, 2020 Wrangler). This doesn't include family and other referrals I've sent their way and will continue to do so. Patrick Brown is a rockstar! He works hard to make sure the customer's needs are met and balanced with speed. This is the second car I've worked with Patrick on. He knows the vehicles. He hustles to make sure you don't sit there and wait even if they are busy. Ask for him! Everyone at the dealership is top-notch! Russ super professional and welcomed with a smile. Glenn was funny (maybe even without trying) and each time I walked through the door offered me a seat, water or anything he could do to make me feel more welcome. Brian and Valerie both handled their roles with speed and efficiency. The cashier was so efficient I didn't even have time to catch her name. Have never felt pressured or had that 'car salesman' oversell. I first went to Pellegrino after walking out of another local dealership who made an inappropriate comment about a female ability to drive a car with a manual transmission. Jared helped us that day 8 years ago. He's still there today which says something about the dealership when people stay around that long. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BUY A JEEP!! I highly recommend Pellegrino. More

One of the best car buying experiences ever! Do not waste your time going anywhere else. These guys are the real deal! I have bought many, many cars over the years and have had my fair share of bad, time wasting & annoying dealership experiences. However, From the salesperson that helped me (Glenn Hughes) to the top of management (Russell Abate) these people took the time to get to know me and my needs instead of going right for the sale like most places do. They valued my time and made the entire process efficient and easy. Mr. Pellegrino himself met with me and even offered help in selling my old classic car that had nothing to do with this sale. How that for service?? Bottom line is that this place truly cares and has the car buying process, the way it should be, down to a science. I will be coming here for all of my jeeps to come! More

Great service We were looking for a new car as our lease was up. We were referred to Pellegrino and Russell by a colleague. We weren't sure what model we were going We were looking for a new car as our lease was up. We were referred to Pellegrino and Russell by a colleague. We weren't sure what model we were going to get and Tom helped guide us to the right one. We ended up getting a Cherokee after driving a few different cars throughout the day. When it came in, I signed all of the paperwork and drove off in my shiny new Jeep, however, I noticed a scuff on the fender. I came back in and showed them and they told me they would completely replace it without any questions. Outstanding service in my opinion. More

Great experience at Pellegrino, Jennifer my sales person was awesome, she had all off my paperwork ready to be signed as soon as I got to the dealership. I had called earlier in the Jennifer my sales person was awesome, she had all off my paperwork ready to be signed as soon as I got to the dealership. I had called earlier in the day to ask about the truck and she was able to get me prequalified for the loan and held the truck until I got there after work.
