NOT SO with Diane and Charles Boyd of Henderson! We were treated with respect, we were not pushed, we were given all information we needed - and some we didn't know we needed! - and we came away with a great truck and were happy with the deal we were offered. Diane was the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond all the other salespeople we dealt with at other dealerships during our shopping process for a truck. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the trucks at the dealership so she could offer comparisons between models. She knew how to operate all the functions of the trucks and helped us with OnStar, Wi-Fi, and Sirius XM set ups on the truck we purchased. Diane handled everything we needed to get new tags and insurance, and set up our appointments for purchase and receipt of the truck, and the additional services we needed. We enjoyed her enthusiasm and kindness, and her helpful attitude. It is obvious that she really enjoys her job and helping people! Russell Boyd and another employee helped us through the purchase process and were very helpful and patient with my many questions. Charles Boyd also met with us personally and helped us through the process. How often does the owner of the dealership sit down with prospective buyers and just chat? No pressure, no stress, just knowledgeable, kind, and patient employees and owner, setting the bar for other dealerships to aspire to.
