Friendly, informative salespeople from the test drive until you sign the deal - which they come back with their "best" offer; no back and forth to make a deal. They have the buyer in mind and don't waste your time. 1 1/2 hours from start to finish - such a pleasant experience. Late night fun Diann Asher was a joy to work with to find the right truck for me.I was hoping for a 1 year old truck with a discounted price. I wanted a back up came Diann Asher was a joy to work with to find the right truck for me.I was hoping for a 1 year old truck with a discounted price. I wanted a back up camera. By the time they added a dealer installed camera,we realized that a new truck with rebates was a better buy. The Dealership got dark as all the employees left for the day. Diann said she wanted to stay to make sure I got the right truck.The sales manager,Russell Boyd told us he was willing to stay all night and joined in on the search. There were some spectacular trucks that were beyond my budget comfort level. Diann kept bringing up various trucks. We had one with all the features I needed at a great price. Then I realized it did not have a power set for my wife to see over the hood. Russeli went to his inventory computer adound 10:30 pm. He went out to find my truck. It filled my criteria: 5.3 V-8, towing differential,hitch,extended cab,4WD,cruise control,power windows&mirrors,back up camera, and that power drivers seat! The price was right, the interest rate was low, I signed and drove home about 11:30 pm.
