Honest Local folks with excellent product knowledge I recently worked the Jonathan Arrowood at Paramount. This guy is awesome, very responsive by phone text and in person. I learned more about Ford truc I recently worked the Jonathan Arrowood at Paramount. This guy is awesome, very responsive by phone text and in person. I learned more about Ford trucks in a few hours from him then any pamflet or manual. He helped me choose the perfect model and features while explaining specs and features (saving me $$$) The dealership portrays honest upfront dealing that care about PEOPLE. Wonderful Experience I could not have asked for a better experience. Russell Childers took the time to find the Explorer that had everything I wanted, even the color.. He also explained why it would be good to have somethings, while not necessary to have others. Darrin Moose showed and explained to me all the things my Explorer can do. He still calls to make sure things are still going well. Mark Robinson then explained all my questions in the finance office. I appreciate all of their time and help. Everyone I talked with at the dealership was willing to help me in any way I needed it. It was a wonderful, exciting experience for me. They made me feel it was as exciting for them as it was for me that I was getting a new car. I felt important to them. Many thanks to each of them. More
