Their service department is quite fast and Barbara is always in a good mood even with some less than friendly customers lol. Their website is very straight forward and a huge help letting you browse through their inventory with many pictures and good descriptions on each vehicle. They always put up the incentives and list discounts on the vehicles and gives you a good idea what kind of actual price you can end up getting the vehicles for. More

We did a test drive of both and Russell was really good showing me the features of each model. Ultimately I chose the 2016 Outlander as the best for my purposes. It was near the end of the day and Russell handled all the paperwork between the dealer, my credit union & insurance company. Truly, the best car buying experience ever!!! My sale person Russell Ervast has made one of my most hated experiences one of my best. I never, ever like to go to purchase a new or used car ever. I My sale person Russell Ervast has made one of my most hated experiences one of my best. I never, ever like to go to purchase a new or used car ever. I always leave feeling depressed, confused and quite disappointed. But not this time. Russell saw me looking over the trucks and came out to see if he could help at first I thought, Ah Crap! but with his easy going polite personality and might I say non pushy answered any question I had with complete knowledge of the truck I was interested in and I asked for a test drive and within 5 min's I was cruising down the highway in an awesome Nisan Titan 4X4 loaded, and the truck was more than I ever thought I could afford but with the help of Russel I walked out with the keys about 1 hr later with a low interest loan that I could afford on my fixed income. Thank you Russell you made a friend and new place where I will come any time I need a car or truck and I will send my family and friends there when they need a excellent car or truck.
