On the sales end, Russell is very accommodating and works very well with selling the best car for the money. My wife even wants to buy a car from this dealership because of the excellent service I received from the beginning. Last year I purchased a Mitsu Galant for the wife. When it came time to retire the Jimmy, I went back to RCHill and bought a Mitsu Outlander. I was impressed with the dealer the first time and I am agai it came time to retire the Jimmy, I went back to RCHill and bought a Mitsu Outlander. I was impressed with the dealer the first time and I am again the second time. I couldn't think of a better experience. Russell Ervast was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable and showed us several vehicle types and explained the pluses and minuses of each. Not once did Russell try and pressure us into a vehicle we were not completely comfortable with. Russell is truly a professional and not your typical sleazy car salesman if he had been we would have taken our business elsewhere. More

Russell is a great salesman that does not try to rush you or push you into a sale. He lets the product sell you but at the same time he is very knowledgable about the product.
