Overall the best car buying experience I've had to date. My salesman, Russell Ervast, was knowledgeable about Mitsubishi cars and very professional. There was no pressure while I was at the dealership nor when I left to look at other cars. I drove a couple different models before deciding on the Gallant a week later. Russell even called the day after the sale to let me know I left my sunglasses in my trade. The sales manager seemed to have a sense of humor and didn't subject me to the back and forth grind that I hate. The F&I guy even understood the word NO the first time when he offered me the usual closing extras. I will recommend this dealership to friends. More

We drove 100 miles to this dealership to purchase our Lancer because of the great service that we received from Russell. We had gone to another dealership closer to home and was told that the vehicle I Lancer because of the great service that we received from Russell. We had gone to another dealership closer to home and was told that the vehicle I saw online was not available and even if it was that I wouldn't be able to get it for the price that I saw online. I called RC Hill because of an online ad that I saw featuring the 2010 Lancer for $11,980. Russell went through the information with me on how they figure that price. He explained everything in great detail and assured me that there would be no hidden fees or any extra charges. When we showed up at the dealership the following day to pick up the car, the price was exactly what he had promised me over the phone. No hidden fees or extra charges included. My husband and I will definately return to see Russell to purchase an additional vehicle in the future. More

I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. My daughter had bought a car from here previously and had told me of the good service. We then went out on the lot and he showed me used (as per my choice) and new vehicles. New was the way to go!! Russell was very knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi Outlander. He showed us all the extras included. I love it!!! I am very pleased with the service also received from the Financing Department. I walked into the dealership with a set price and left with my new vehicle. I wish that all my car buying experiences had been as easy as this one!! R C Hill Mitsubishi, YOU ROCK!!! More

My son and I searched everywhere for a used car, Orlando, Lake Mary, around and near Eustis. It was getting frustrating. I then decided to go to RC Hill in Deland. as soon as we met our salesman Russel, I knew that we were in the right place. They had such a great selection in used cars with LOW miles, and in our price range. Russel made us feel comfortable, never pressured us, was very knowledgeable, and personable. (that goes for his sales manager as well) There was no "game playing" with pricing. Finding a car was great, but having great customer service made it that much better! The following is a letter I sent to RC Hill, owner on 8/17/10 Dear Mr. Hill, Ironically, I just returned home from your dealership this evening. I purchased the Silver 2010 EVO (right off the sho 8/17/10 Dear Mr. Hill, Ironically, I just returned home from your dealership this evening. I purchased the Silver 2010 EVO (right off the showroom floor). I'm so excited about my new car that I'm thinking about getting back in it and driving for another hour. First, let me say that it's been almost 10 years since my wife and I purchased a New vehicle. My experience with new car dealers has been nothing short of terrible and I have dreaded buying a car from anyone other than a private person. High pressure sales, Shady Finance guy, Not honoring follow-up service...I'm sure you understand. Your Sales staff surprised the hell out of me. My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Let me tell you about them: Russell is a "straight shooter" who is very knowledgable about the cars he sells. He knew the in and outs of the EVO and was able to proficiently show them to us. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was honest with me during negotiation. Not one time did Russell employ any High-pressure sales. Basically, he told us what we needed to know and let the car sell itself. Also, all information was out in the open...no hidden fee here and extra charge there. This was a refreshing change to how I was accustomed to dealing with salesmen. After we took delivery of the car, Russell also spent several minutes explaining how to work/adjust all the vehicle controls before sending us on our way. Tom also treated me with fairness and honesty. Even though I had obtained financing through my bank at a very low rate, Tom still offered to try and beat it. I am so glad he did because after I left your dealership yesterday I spoke with my bank to inform them I found a car to buy. I was told that the loan officer would look at the paperwork Tuesday morning and call me first thing. Well, by this afternoon, no call. When my wife called them she was told that no one could get to our paperwork for another 1-2 days. Far from what I was told on Monday. When I returned home from work today (an hour late), heard this news, and finally calmed down, I called Tom. He told me that he had financing ready to go at a rate that was acceptable to my budget. If not for Tom's "extra mile" I would have had to wait for my OWN bank to get off its a$$ before I could have picked up my new car. Tim, another great person who was Friendly, Upfront, and Honest. Methodically, he went through the finance paperwork and explained everything we were signing. Again, no secret fees or hidden charges...everything was there in black and white as Tom said on the phone earlier. In closing, Thank you for making this the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Don't be surprised if you see me again when my SUV finally gives out. Sincerely, Don N. More

After becomming interrested in a Mitsibishi Lancer, we checked the local dealership (RC Hill) on line. We were able to schedule a test drive in the internet which was followed-up by Russell with a prompt response and phone call for the time and day requested. We met Russell as arranged and discussed possible vehicles and our trade-in. During that time, Russel promised us to give us a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience. Everything continued to be straight throughout the entire process and including the follow-up phone call the day after our purchase. This was the easiest car we ever bought and couldn't have asked for any more from the dealership. More

As I mentioned to them, we were on our way to CarMax to search for and purchase a late model vehicle (since we were very pleased with the previous purchase/vehicle we had from them). The price on the Outlander and Lancer (on the internet) is what caught my attention and brought us in as they were competitive in price with what I would pay for a late model used vehicle at CarMax. I was a little disappointed that the listed price on the internet is not exactly what I "qualified" for but I do believe that they did give me a more than fair trade-in price for my vehicle so it was close.
