Russell is a very effective salesman, actually meeting us outside asking us if he could help us even before we entered the showroom. He found us what we wanted, and then brought in his manager to try to work through some credit issues. They gave us a great price that we could work with. He was always available, through his cell phone number, and yet never pushy. I'm very sensitive to that. Another rep named Brian was excellent at showing us how the new prius worked, while not overwhelming us. He never hurried us, even though it was his anniversary. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience, and we recommend this dealership. We have purchased here in the past and would go again. More
