A very positive experience throughout from beginning to end. Our sales consultant was Edmond Leung, very courteous, well knowledge with abundance of patients. Answer all our questions and took us on a test drive. Between Edmond and Tung Lee the Sales Manager, they offered a excellent price for an 2011 Sienna AWD Limited. Less than two hours in the showroom, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Russell Hill the Finance Manager was friendly and pleasant. After some negotiations, Russell offered additional coverage/packages for our car at reasonable price. We had our car now for over a week, Edmond call us to make sure that we're satisfy with the car and call him if there were any problems or questions. This was our first purchase at DCH Brunswick Toyota and it was our best experience among purchasing a new car. It was a very smooth transaction, super teamwork, excellent service. Thank you Edmond Leung, Tung Lee and Russell Hill. More

DCH Brunswick Toyota is great and I highly recommend them! The most pleasant and convenient car-buying experience I've ever had. we have visited a few other dealership and was in market since a month, a them! Although DCH was an hour away they had many in stock & very competitive prices so I took the train to nearby station Mr. Edward Jimenez gave us ride from there to showroom. It was well worth the trip! We were taken care of right away and the sales staff Mr. Larry Hart from Internet sales & Mr. Edward Jimenez sales & leasing consultant was great. We were shown a number of Camry’s & RAV 4’s and given a test drive of the model we wanted. Everything was explained clearly and honestly - the prices, the dealer discounts, the taxes and fees, etc. Every available option on the car was offered and pro/cons explained. But I never felt pressured to buy anything. Really financing was hassle free at this place for me with low credit score, the entire process of getting a new vehicle to me and was able to get a financing I wanted -- the best interest rate!! No waiting what so ever This was true of the financing and extended coverage options as well. Everything was offered. Nothing was forced. Business Manager Mr. Russell Hill did a great job explaining about coverage’s and options and gave me good deal what I asked for without hesitating. We think any transaction should be a win-win case, people I dealt with in DCH Brunswick Toyota helped us to find the right vehicle and we are happily to pay for what we get. We did thorough homework thru internet such as Edmunds & KBB for the new car. Bottom line, we understand dealer has to make to make money, and we don't have much time to nickel dime. -- Care for the details. The buying experience I had at DCH Brunswick Toyota was by far the easiest I have come across. They entire staff was helpful, considerate and deliberate. Rafal was very knowledgeable of the vehicle(s) and explained the features and advantages each offered. We were very satisfied with Rafal's professionalism salemanship. We were also very satified with the willingness of his manager (Luis Mejia) to negotiate a deal that was favorable to all. The financing aspect of the purchase was fully and thoroughly explained by Russell Hill. He made a normally tense process a more relaxing experience. Overall the entire experience at DCH Bruswick Toyota was an excellent one. More

Our sales representative, Ronnie Lara, was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us as much time as we needed to decide about our new purchase without pressure. All of our questions were answered pro friendly and helpful and gave us as much time as we needed to decide about our new purchase without pressure. All of our questions were answered professionaly giving us conifidence we were getting the help we needed and the right answers. Russell Hill was very helpful and patient with us while clearly eanswering our questions and explaining the options available to us regarding extended warrently services and financing. The entire buying experience was very good and we were made to feel comnfortable rather than pressured as we have felt at other dealerships. We would certainly agree to recommend Brunswick DCH dealersip and our sales representative Ronnie lara to anyone we know in themarket for a toyota product in the future. The sales consultant, manager and finance manager were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained in detail - the price of the car, dealer discount, taxes etc,. All very clearly laid out so I never felt like I might be missing something. The sales and finance consultants were sure to make me aware of all additional options on the car or in the financing, but I never felt pressured to buy anything more than what I was looking for. Overall it was a very pleasant expeience which is not what I've gotten at other car dealerships. In fact, my son was asking me how soon we could get a cable so he could connect his ipod to the Aux. inputs in the car. So while we were doing the financing the sales consultant went accross the street to the service center and got him a nice retractable cord which he tossed to him for free. I know its not a ton of money, but the gesture said alot. I would definately reccomend DCH Brunswick Toyota. Also - I have not had the car serviced yet but the very new-looking service center looks clean, organised and impressive. All around a very nice group of people to work with. More

I had previously purchased a car from Carter at another dealer. As that had been a favorable experience, I decided to find him and see if we could work out another deal. I was able to handle all aspects of the car search and transaction negotiation over the telephone. Alan produced a good price, and I spent less than two hours at the dealer finishing the paperwork and picking up the car. I didn't need to call another dealer and get another price because I was confident that Carter and DCH would give me a good price and an easy closing. I was not disappointed. I have another car coming off lease in May, and my first call will go to Alan Carter. More

He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and payment options.I have been actively looking for a car and this was the 4th dealer I had visited. I had a great experience at DCH. They worked hard to earn my business. There are times in which you enter a sales room and feel like you are about to be attack by a pack of wolves-very different experi earn my business.
