Service department & Tyler exceed my expectations every visit. Requiring a 25 word minimum review is not ridiculous. I had eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, Steak & vegetables for dinner. David Dealership Broke my new Jeep and Lied about it I brought my Jeep in just for an oil change and tire rotation. After it I noticed when I made a sharp turn it made a sound and felt like the tire was I brought my Jeep in just for an oil change and tire rotation. After it I noticed when I made a sharp turn it made a sound and felt like the tire was hitting something. I took it back and David said it was because the tires were too worn and rotated the tires back. They said I needed alignment and new tires which wasn't covered under warranty was was as a ridiculous charge. The car is less then 2 years old and has 16k miles. I declined and I took it to another dealer for a 2nd opinion not telling them anything about what happened at David just about the sound, etc. Come to find out there is as part that was broken that needed replaced (covered under warranty) and they didn't mention any issues with alignment or needing new tires. Bottom line David broke my Jeep, lied about it and then wanted me to buy tires and alignment from them for no reason. STAY AWAY. I should get $ back for my tire rotation and my time. More

Emergency help Vehicle went into "battery savor mode" due to alternator failure. Service advisor and personnel handled my problem on an emergency basis. Within a f Vehicle went into "battery savor mode" due to alternator failure. Service advisor and personnel handled my problem on an emergency basis. Within a few hours the technician was able to replace the failed alternator and recharge my battery 100%. I tip my cap to Alesha, Scott and Russell for courteously, quickly and professionally getting me back on the road. More

Bad customer service I was in for an oil change. I was not notified that there were recalls on my vehicle until I checked in with the service advisor. Upon leaving the fac I was in for an oil change. I was not notified that there were recalls on my vehicle until I checked in with the service advisor. Upon leaving the facility I noticed that my sons car seat had been detached. They must have moved it to get to a pet that was recalled and never put it back, or notify me that it had been unhooked. I received a message from an answering machine that I do not regularly check that a part had arrived for my car. I was not aware at the time of my initial visit that one of the recalls was not fixed as a part had to be ordered. Upon calling David dodge to ask about said delivered part, they informed me that it had to be taken care of right away. Needless to say I was never made aware of the recalls in the first place, or the fact that I would need to come back due to lack of equipment to fix the recall. More
