This vehicle is specially modified for wheelchair access, and as a result my test drive and evaluation required more time and attention than the average purchase. The actual sales transaction with Dustin Johnson was also handled quickly and efficiently. More

I had had a hybrid for over a decade and wanted another. He lost interest in us and after a test drive rushed off. He did tell about a good Mexican restaurant near by. That was the only thing he got right. I went to Lungren Honda and met with Russell Rheault. He had an exact copy of the car we had driven and we drove it with him. He knew much about the car and taught us all about it. We bought the car that afternoon. We could not imagine a more different experience. He knows his job. We highly recommend the dealership and particularly Mr. Rheault. More

Many years and many cars After many cars over many years my 90 year old mom’s Honda lease was expiring soon and there had been much “discussion” about buying the car- should s After many cars over many years my 90 year old mom’s Honda lease was expiring soon and there had been much “discussion” about buying the car- should she still be driving, etc. on Saturday morning she voluntarily decided to turn the car in. I headed to Lundgren not even knowing what the process was as I had made several calls to Christine Comeau who my mom had always dealt with. I left messages with simple questions that were never returned. Christine clearly has moved into a new role at Lundgren and had no empathy for what my Mom and I were trying to work through. I got to the dealership and was greeted by Russell Rheault who knew exactly whatv to do and handled the whole process with sincereity empathy and warmth as I did not have all the paperwork. He was GREAT!! I was out of there in. 30 minutes with the process complete and so relieved!! Lundgren Honda is terrific, our only negative experience was unfortunate, but one person would not make us not return to Lundgren- the rest of the team is the best!! Thanks! More
