Upfront, easygoing and always responded to my questions and there were many. It was a lenghty car search but what I found from Fraser and Lundgren employees is that they are easy to deal with, no pressure, no hassles, no gimmicks, no surprises and most of all friendly. He listened to our needs and wants then delivered the vehicle Mom wanted and the price I could afford. Russell offered his time to explain the many options and features plus other choices. As a bonus, he gave us a loaner until delivery since we needed a replacement car in a hurry. His outstanding service made the difference amongst 2 other dealers.
