I wanted to give you 2 stars but describing the service as "fair" didn't seem right. I paid for an alignment but they weren't able to give me the alignment. The Jeep technicians diagnosed the problem (my TIPM). However, they said that they could not get the part for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport and didn't know how long it might be whether 1 or 6 months. No However, they said that they could not get the part for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport and didn't know how long it might be whether 1 or 6 months. Now their fault. It's Jeep's fault for not stocking a part that frequently goes out. Instead I got a refurbished one in about 6 days and plugged it in. Seems to be working. If Jeep cannot get new ones then they should get refurbished ones with less of a warranty. By the way, my refurbished one comes with a lifetime warranty. More
