Toyota's Code of Conduct publicly emphasizes integrity and ethical standards, my recent experience contradicts this. Detailed proof of misrepresentation and omission regarding a vehicle purchase. Instead and ethical standards, my recent experience contradicts this. Detailed proof of misrepresentation and omission regarding a vehicle purchase. Instead of a transparent review of my case, my concerns were dismissed by the dealership. Leadership instructed staff to ignore me. Directing employees to ignore valid claims of misrepresentation, omissions severely damages the company's integrity. The business decision that was rescinded which lacked transparency. “As a business decision and in an effort to bring this matter to a close, my offer of $1,500 remains available, contingent upon your signing a full and final Release of All Claims related to this matter.” (Sent to me by the general manager) And below the ceo followed with- “obvious you do not want to satisfy this complaint. While every above reasonable attempt has been made to address your complaints, you chose to decline them so we will not be communicating on this matter any further.” This statement that claims I do not want to satisfy this complaint is untrue and very manipulative. I do want this complaint to be satisfied with integrity and fairness. There is disconnect between the code of conduct and how leadership operates. I am asking BCS Toyota to make that connection please. Please review recent directive to staff not to respond to my communications. Without reasoning this directive violates the company's explicit Code of ethics Purdy Values, requires employees, to act ethically. I remain fully committed to reaching a resolution… Advocating is my moral duty. In effort to build a safer environment and protect others who may lack the knowledge, or courage to speak up when facing similar treatment. No acceptable effort to resolve things has been made. TOYOTA’S compliance department please intervene. Need oversight. HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE ensures that ethical obligations remain enforceable standards rather than mere marketing tools More

Great dealership and great people. Although I live in Houston, I prefer to use Bryan/College Station Toyota. My mother lives in College Station, so I just make a day of it. I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Bryan College Station Toyota. I purchased a vehicle and, during service, experienced a severe misdiagnosis that left my v share my experience with Bryan College Station Toyota. I purchased a vehicle and, during service, experienced a severe misdiagnosis that left my vehicle unsafe to drive. This resulted in 48 hours of lost work, disruption to my family, and significant stress. During this process: • Multiple service visits were required before the correct issue was identified. • Communication from the dealership was delayed and often non-existent, despite repeated attempts to reach management via email. • Requests for basic customer accommodations, such as a loaner vehicle, were denied. I also escalated the issue to Toyota’s Executive Office. Despite my efforts, including providing full documentation of the disruption and lost wages, no goodwill accommodation or resolution was offered. This review is not about warranty or repair costs; it is about the handling of the customer experience. I share this only after attempting to resolve the matter privately through dealership management and Toyota Corporate. Timeline note: As of March 2026, multiple attempts to address this situation have not resulted in any meaningful resolution. I would welcome the opportunity to update this review if the dealership demonstrates customer care and accountability. More

Haley greeted my family as soon as we arrived at the dealership. She asked about our visit to Toyota and what were we in the market for. She began to provide answers to all of our questions then started dealership. She asked about our visit to Toyota and what were we in the market for. She began to provide answers to all of our questions then started showing us vehicles. While Haley was showing us some vehicles Toyota team members were searching for other vehicles on our list. Haley and her Toyota team members worked so well together our visit so enjoyable so we purchased one vehicle and started the process to purchase a second vehicle. More
