I honestly hate writing bad reviews, and I’ve tried to give everyone I’ve dealt with the benefit of the doubt but all I get is explanations of how they messed up with no action. I recently bought a truck give everyone I’ve dealt with the benefit of the doubt but all I get is explanations of how they messed up with no action. I recently bought a truck and the very next day it was in service, I’ve now had the truck for 32 days, 24 of those days it has spent in service. Finally got my truck back, and just woke up to an auto draft from the truck I traded in over a month ago. The explanation I got was they sent the check to the wrong place and that it’s their fault and that I should receive a check for that payment in the mail. They don’t know when or for what amount just that possibly you will get a check. So they fail to send the check to the correct place and now I’m the one stuck waiting on a check that might not ever come. Imagine waking up in the morning with a negative balance. I’ll just let my kids know that y’all sent the check to the wrong place and that I’ll possibly get a check back for it one day. I regret ever stepping foot in this dealership. More
