Crain's Kia was very professional with getting me lined up with my new Kia Soul EX. It was easy to trade in my car and get the financing I needed for the new one. Rusty Russell was so easy to work with. I up with my new Kia Soul EX. It was easy to trade in my car and get the financing I needed for the new one. Rusty Russell was so easy to work with. I was not familiar with the round abouts that are synonymous with Conway, but eventually was able to manage them and I am sure I will do better each time I take the car in for service. Because of the weather that day I decided to come back the following day because the car was being serviced later than I wanted to stay. Chris showed me everything I needed to know in order to get my new car home. Also extremely nice and polite and worked with me every step of the way-very professional! More
