Friendly, patient, willing to help I knew what car I wanted, so my sales rep and I were able to get started right away. We went for a test drive, and Rusty was friendly the entire way. While taking care of the paperwork, he had a friendly conversation with us, and was patient the entire time as my wife and I had our kids with us.
