I worked with Ruzhdi on a trade-in/used car purchase and he was fantastic! The transaction could not have been easier. He was very knowledgeable about the Audi product line-up and some of the other option he was fantastic! The transaction could not have been easier. He was very knowledgeable about the Audi product line-up and some of the other options as well. We test-drove three cars and when I picked the one I wanted, we worked out a fair deal for both ends of the transaction. He was open and honest and did not play games. Post-sale, he was great with follow-up as well. I would highly recommend working with him and would buy from him again! More
