Over the weekend, I was visiting my dad in Tampa when I came across a Mustang GT online that matched the specs of one I had been searching for back home in Texas. I reached out to Audi Sarasota and had the pleasure of speaking with Tom, who invited my dad and me to come down and take a look at the Mustang. From beginning to end, the entire experience was seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. There were no surprise dealer add ons or last minute games. The advertised price was the price you paid, plus the normal dealer documentation fee and taxes. That alone was refreshing! Even better, the Mustang was exactly as described online and on Cars.com. The car was mint, clearly well cared for, and there were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. When it came time for financing, Jake was also amazing to work with. He was extremely transparent throughout the process, helped us secure financing, and handled the additional details needed to register the vehicle out of state in Texas. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. Tom went above and beyond even after the sale. Since I needed the Mustang shipped from Florida to Texas, he helped coordinate the transportation and continually checked in to make sure the pickup was scheduled correctly. Once the vehicle was loaded, Tom even sent me pictures of the Mustang and the transport truck and kept me updated throughout the process. That level of communication and follow through made buying a vehicle from another state incredibly easy. What really stood out was how personable everyone was. Tom, Jake and James at Audi Sarasota even gave my dad and I some restaurant recommendations while we were in the area! It felt much more like dealing with people who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience than simply completing another car sale. This was easily one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases I've had. If you're looking for a vehicle at Audi Sarasota, ask for Tom. Between his communication, transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to help before, during, and after the sale, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've had 2 previous Q5s that were purchased in Raleigh and had developed a nice repoire there so starting over at a new dealership with a purchase was something I wasn't looking forward to. However, Tom made the transition easy. No pressure, no hounding us to make a decision...just straightforward answers and information and when we were ready, he found the car that I wanted, had it moved to this dealership and ensured it was prepped and ready when we picked up the new car. He then spent quite a bit of time going over the features again and repeatedly told us to call him anytime with any questions. He wanted us happy with our new vehicle and cared about our experience.
