It was somewhat an unexpected purchase so my wife and I took quite some time to make the decision. We never felt any pressure at all, however, whenever we needed help or questions asked the dealership and specifically Ry'n, we're always quick to answer and provide assistance as needed. The day I first came in to purchase the vehicle, I had enough doubt in my mind that I needed to walk away from the process. Instead of getting any pressure or trying to hard sell me on the vehicle, Ry'n was absolutely wonderful and told me that it was no problem and even gave me some advice as I walked away. The day I actually completed the buying process it went very smoothly and again there was no pressure to buy extended warranties, Etc. Very highly recommended the dealership and sales person. He and Certified Sales Manager Scott Allen stayed late on a weeknight so that I could drive down from Tucson after work. I had let Ry'n know in advance what I was looking for and what sort of numbers I had to work with, and he had everything ready to go when I showed up. A quick test drive was all that was needed and then it was paperwork, a brief lesson and Q&A session on all the cool features that I wasn't familiar with, and then hit the road back home. After the list of options was narrowed down to two, the price quoting phase was quite easy and fair, so moving to the purchase phase was an easy step. Financing was a breeze, and off we went in our new/used vehicle! Would recommend the dealership for both sales and service. Two individuals in particular are a large part of that recommendation: Ali in Sales, and Austin in Service. More
