My passion about cars was drawn out by my grandfather. He would bring me to the local dealership while getting his oil changed. I remember quietly walking through the showroom, staring at the shiniest, newest models, hoping that someone would let me, 6 at the time, drive one. No one did (probably for the better). I started in the automotive industry in 2006. I was excited about meeting new people every day while walking along the rows. I quickly understood that listening to what others are saying is paramount, and quickly moved into management. After a few life changes, I ended up here, at Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram VW of Janesville. I feel like it's home. Overall had a great experience. the truck is nice, service and friendliness of the people at the dealership were amazing. the only issue that I could possibly complain about was that I had told the sa service and friendliness of the people at the dealership were amazing. the only issue that I could possibly complain about was that I had told the salesperson about a truck that I had previously looked at that I turned down because there was front end damage that was not listed in the Carfax and unfortunately after I had driven home, the next day while showing off the truck I noticed the front bumper had a vertical crease to the right of the license plate from hitting something like a pole. I will have to fix this myself, but the free gift for purchasing a truck was a 20 lb box of steaks. that was nice More

Chris was great to work with, and Ryan was also very helpful in explaining factors that go into pricing, etc. With a little work and negotiation I was able to get what I consider to be a very good price helpful in explaining factors that go into pricing, etc. With a little work and negotiation I was able to get what I consider to be a very good price. Once the vehicle I wanted was located (after negotiating the price), it was brought over to Boucher, and it was prepped magnificently, making a great "debut' impression just as they intended. Chris explained the features, scheduled an appointment to add an accessory, and generally made it a painless experience. They offered but did not push extras like the extended warranty which some may want but was not for me. Document signing was quick and efficient with absolutely zero surprises. They gave me a firm, clear, out-the-door price when negotiating the sale and stuck to it with no hassles. All in all it was a very good experience with Boucher, my hometown Chrysler dealer. More
