Ryan opened door and welcomed myself brought to his desk and went and returned with Billy, qualified my buying needs and assured me this experience would be painless while bringing a hot cup of coffee in a glass mug (snowing and freezing cold outside). Billy was true to his words everyone loves a new car but I find the experience exhausting and aggravating but not this time thank you Lester Glen. Experience started with Katie welcoming over the phone, Billy setting customer at ease and would be there throughout ensuring everything went smoothly, Devin working with me after being in dealership for 6 hours and just ready to go home Devin explained in a professional, educated, non pressure options and advantages I needed to hear everything he said (purchased warranty). Now the best for last not the wonderful Equinox I purchased but the outstanding experience I had at Lester Gen Chevrolet from Ryan Bahrie.
